Shipping policy
The transit time depends on when you place your order and the freight carrier and method you choose during checkout.
Wildcat ships exclusively via UPS. Sorry, but we cannot ship to a PO Box, FPO, or APO address.
On large orders, we may be able to save you money by shipping via an independent freight carrier that provides us with a pre-negotiated discount. If your order justifies the use of an independent carrier, we will contact you with a lower freight proposal before we ship.
Most items are in stock and ship directly from our warehouse in Ohio, USA. Orders placed before 10AM EST Monday through Friday typically ship the same day. Orders placed after 10AM EST typically ship the next business day. Shipping times do not include weekends.
Wildcat Wholesale is not responsible for orders arriving later than a UPS freight estimate.
While placing your order, a shipping charge may or may not appear in your shopping cart. This typically happens when UPS is updating their rates. You may have to try again later or place your order with no freight charges shown. We will contact you before we process your order with exact freight charges. All prices listed on our website are US Dollars. If an error is made when calculating freight during the online order process that is out of Wildcat's control, we will contact you for approval of the new freight rate before we ship your order.
