IS THERE A MINIMUM ORDER SIZE?
All of our products have different minimums. Usually, the minimum is one (1) case. If you would like to determine the minimum order quantity of a particular product, just read the product description or add that product to your shopping cart. A window will pop up with the minimum quantity you can order.
For custom made packaging, Wildcat has a 250 box minimum per size.
DO YOU ACCEPT PURCHASE ORDERS?
Wildcat gladly accepts purchase orders and will extend Net 30 Day Terms to universities and government agencies. Corporations and individuals must pay by credit card when the order is placed until Wildcat can get their credit established.
WHEN WILL MY ORDER ARRIVE?
The transit time depends on when you place your order and the freight carrier and method you choose during checkout.
Wildcat ships parcels exclusively via UPS. Sorry, but we cannot ship to a PO Box, FPO, or APO address.
On large orders, we may be able to save you money by shipping via an independent freight carrier that provides us with a pre-negotiated discount. If your order justifies the use of an independent carrier, we will contact you with a lower freight proposal before we ship.
Most items are in stock and ship directly from our warehouse in Ohio, USA. Orders placed before 10AM EST Monday through Friday typically ship the same day. Otherwise, they typically ship the next business day. Shipping times do not include weekends.
Wildcat Wholesale is not responsible for orders arriving later than a UPS freight estimate.
Sometimes, a shipping charge may not appear in your shopping cart. This typically happens when UPS is updating their rates. You may have to try again later or place your order with no freight charges shown. We will contact you before we process your order with exact freight charges. If an error occurs when calculating freight during the online order process that is out of Wildcat's control, we will contact you.
HOW CAN I MAKE CHANGES TO MY ORDER?
If you made a mistake or would like to change your order, please reply to the order confirmation email we sent you or email us at sales@wildcatwholesale.com. Due to the speed at which we process orders, it will not be possible to process an order change that was received by phone. Without an email we cannot guarantee the error will be corrected before the order is shipped.
WHAT IS YOUR RETURN POLICY?
Your satisfaction is important to all of us at Wildcat. Our goal is to make sure you are completely satisfied with your purchase. If for any reason you're not satisfied, simply return the items for a refund. Here are our guidelines:
- You must return full cases of product in its original packaging.
- You must return the original paperwork that came with your order.
- Returned products must be unused and resalable.
- Returned products must be received within 30 days of your original order ship date.
- Custom printed items cannot be returned.
- Freight charges are not refundable.
If you don't comply with the above guidelines, then we won't issue you a credit.

DO YOU MAKE CUSTOM SIZE BOXES?
Wildcat can manufacture custom size boxes for you. Our minimum quantity on a custom order for most items is 250 boxes of the same size. Please contact one of our customer service representatives at 1-800-696-3080 with your custom requirements.
DO YOU SEND OUT SAMPLES?
Customers can purchase a sample box from Wildcat. We will not send a FREE sample under any circumstance. Some restrictions apply.
Ordering a small case of a product is a great, low cost way to try our products. You can always return non-printed products if they don't work out.
WHY DO THE COVERS OF THE BOXES SOMETIMES BOW?
All rigid set-up boxes will bow over time. However, they can easily be bent right back into their original square shape. You will not hurt the boxes in any way. Below is a link to a video that demonstrates how easy it is to reshape a set-up box cover:
WHAT SIZE GREETING CARD BOX SHOULD I ORDER?
Wildcat stocks a variety of boxes that fit the most common standard greeting card sizes. The exact inside dimensions of our greeting card boxes are listed on the product page.
There is no such thing as standard size envelopes for greeting cards. The greeting cards are standard sizes, but each envelope manufacturer makes their envelopes slightly different than the next guy. Measure your envelopes before you buy - NOT your greeting cards! There should be a small amount of space around your greeting cards and envelopes so that your customer can easily remove them from the box.
HOW MANY GREETING CARDS AND ENVELOPES WILL FIT IN A BOX?
Since cards and envelopes can be made from a variety of thicknesses of cardboard and paper, it is impossible to determine exactly how many of your cards and envelopes will fit into a Wildcat Greeting Card Box. To be sure, measure a stack of cards and envelopes to determine the stack's height. It's common to rotate smaller stacks of cards and envelopes in one box to create a more level stack. Most of our boxes can comfortably fit 15 greeting cards and envelopes, but it's best to measure your cards and envelopes to be sure.
DO YOU CARRY AN A2 GREETING CARD BOX?
We do not carry a standard A2 Greeting Card Box because it is so close in size to our A6 Greeting Card Box. There is a small space at one end when you package A2 Cards in our A6 Box. Most customers actually think the space is useful to insert a finger to pull the cards and envelopes out of the box.
ARE YOUR BOXES ENVIRONMENTALLY FRIENDLY?
Wildcat Wholesale's cardboard boxes are environmentally friendly because we use materials that are made of at least 93% post-consumer waste in the manufacturing process
WHAT SHOULD I DO IF THE BOXES I RECEIVED ARE DAMAGED?
Immediately notify us. Wildcat takes great pride in shipping only quality products. Each shipment is inspected before it's packed to ensure it is top quality before it leaves our facility. However, damage can occur during shipping. Do not use any part of a damaged shipment. Send us a few photos of the damage. In most cases we will issue a credit back to the credit card you used to place your order.
NOTE: Wildcat will not send replacement products if products were damaged during shipping.
HIGH SHIPPING CHARGE
We could certainly ship via other carriers for less. In fact, we used to do just that. However, their tracking isn't as good as UPS's tracking, and their damage rate was more than quadruple that of UPS. It is our belief that we offer our customers greater value by shipping UPS rather than cheaper carriers.
Also, we don't make money on freight. We charge you what UPS charges us. We aggressively negotiate the best possible rate from all available carriers.
Secondly, all carriers use dimensional weight when calculating your shipping rate. This means they use the GREATER of the two between either the volume (LxWxD) or the actual weight to determine your shipping charge. Most of our products are large cases that don't weigh very much, so the carriers almost always use dimensional weight when charging for freight.
Lastly, try not to compare the price of our freight to the price of our product. We could raise our unit prices a little and charge less for freight, but we prefer to be honest. We charge the lowest unit prices we can charge, and we charge customers the actual freight cost we pay the carriers. Please compare our freight price plus our product price against our competitors freight price plus their product price. We are convinced ours will be competitive.
